Water over roadways. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 403 PM EDT, Radar and automated rain gauges indicated an additional 1 to 1.5 inches of rain have fallen in the last few hours. This is in addition to 1 to 2 inches of rain that fell early this morning. An additional 0.5 to 1.0 inches of rain are expected over the next 2 hours. This will cause urban and small stream flooding. - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
