CALHOUN...CLINTON AND VAN BUREN COUNTIES...

AT 1116 AM EDT...THE HEAVY RAIN WAS WINDING DOWN.  STORM TOTAL
RAINFALL AMOUNTS WERE GENERALLY IN THE 2 TO 3 INCH RANGE ACROSS THE
ADVISORY AREA.  LOCALLY MORE THE 4 INCHES FELL...MAINLY ACROSS PARTS
OF JACKSON COUNTY.  WATER LEVELS ARE LIKELY HIGH ACROSS THE REGION
WITH MAINLY NUISANCE FLOODING OCCURRING.

DO NOT DRIVE YOUR VEHICLE INTO AREAS WHERE THE WATER COVERS THE
ROADWAY. THE WATER DEPTH MAY BE TOO GREAT TO ALLOW YOUR CAR TO CROSS
