  ROGUE RIVER BELOW ROCKFORD AFFECTING KENT COUNTY
  PERE MARQUETTE RIVER NEAR SCOTTVILLE AFFECTING MASON COUNTY
  WHITE RIVER ABOVE WHITEHALL AFFECTING MUSKEGON COUNTY
  CHIPPEWA RIVER BELOW MT PLEASANT AFFECTING ISABELLA COUNTY
  PINE RIVER AT ALMA AFFECTING GRATIOT COUNTY
  MUSKEGON RIVER AT EVART AFFECTING OSCEOLA COUNTY
  MUSKEGON RIVER NEAR CROTON AFFECTING NEWAYGO COUNTY

.AN ADDITIONAL ONE TO TWO INCHES OR RAIN FELL OVERNIGHT IN THESE
RIVER BASINS.  RAIN SHOWERS TODAY WILL GRADUALLY BECOME MIXED WITH
AND CHANGE OVER TO SNOW SHOWERS...AS COLDER AIR MOVES IN.  THE
FOLLOWING FORECAST IS BASED ON OBSERVED AND FORECAST 24 HOUR
PRECIPITATION.

  PLANT AND BACKS UP INTO STORM DRAINS INTO THE CITY OF EVART.

  UPSTREAM OF NEWAYGO ON SALMON RUN AND RUSSELL ROAD IN CROTON
  TOWNSHIP...THE DEVILS HOLE AREA...AND GARDNER DRIVE IN BROOKS
  TOWNSHIP.  EXPECT MAJOR FLOODING OF HOMES DOWNSTREAM OF NEWAYGO IN
  THE ANDERSON FLATS AREA...SUGAR BUSH LANE AND MAPLE DRIVE...BELL
  MEADOW DRIVE...AND THE LOWER BRIDGETON AREA.  EXPECT WATER TO BE
  OVER SOUTH RIVER DRIVE IN THE LOWER BRIDGETON AREA.  RIVER LANE
  IMPASSABLE IN THE OLD WOMANS BEND AREA.
