TRAVEL WILL BE IMPACTED AREAWIDE ON TUESDAY DUE TO A MIXTURE OF
SNOW... SLEET... AND FREEZING RAIN. ANOTHER BLAST OF BITTER COLD AIR
WILL FOLLOW FOR WEDNESDAY AND THURSDAY ALONG WITH LAKE EFFECT SNOW
SHOWERS ALONG AND WEST OF HIGHWAY 131.
