At 340 PM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm near
Westphalia, or near Portland, moving northeast at 10 mph.

Nickel size hail and wind gusts up to 50 mph with downed tree limbs
will be possible with this storm.

Other storms were moving eastward through Clinton County. These
storms are also capable of winds to 50 mph and nickel size hail.
