  MCMINN COUNTY IN EASTERN TENNESSEE...
  BLEDSOE COUNTY IN EASTERN TENNESSEE...
  SEQUATCHIE COUNTY IN EASTERN TENNESSEE...
  POLK COUNTY IN EASTERN TENNESSEE...
  MEIGS COUNTY IN EASTERN TENNESSEE...
  BRADLEY COUNTY IN EASTERN TENNESSEE...
  HAMILTON COUNTY IN EASTERN TENNESSEE...
  RHEA COUNTY IN EASTERN TENNESSEE...

* UNTIL 1200 AM EST/1100 PM CST/

* AT 900 PM EST /800 PM CST/...DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A LARGE AREA
  OF MODERATE TO HEAVY RAIN THAT WILL CAUSE URBAN AND SMALL STREAM
  FLOODING. OVERFLOWING POOR DRAINAGE AREAS WILL RESULT IN MINOR
  FLOODING IN THE ADVISORY AREA. UP TO ONE INCH OF RAIN HAS ALREADY
  FALLEN ACROSS PARTS OF MARION...SEQUATCHIE AND BLEDSOE COUNTIES
  WHILE AMOUNTS WERE LESS THAN AN INCH SO FAR ACROSS THE REMAINDER
  OF SOUTHEAST TENNESSEE BUT CONTINUE TO RISE AS THE SAME AREA OF
  HEAVIER RAIN FILLS IN ACROSS THIS REGION. THEREFORE...THERE WILL
  BE AREAS OF PONDING DEVELOPING ACROSS THE ADVISORY AREA WITH
  ANOTHER HALF TO ONE INCH OF RAIN EXPECTED THROUGH MIDNIGHT EST (11
  PM CST).

* SOME LOCATIONS THAT WILL EXPERIENCE FLOODING INCLUDE...
  CHATTANOOGA...CLEVELAND...ATHENS...DAYTON...DUNLAP...JASPER...
  PIKEVILLE...DECATUR...BENTON...DUCKTOWN...SODDY-DAISY...SIGNAL
  MOUNTAIN...ETOWAH...SOUTH PITTSBURG...SPRING CITY...WALDEN...
  LAKESITE...WHITWELL...KIMBALL AND MONTEAGLE.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

DO NOT DRIVE YOUR VEHICLE INTO AREAS WHERE THE WATER COVERS THE
ROADWAY. THE WATER DEPTH MAY BE TOO GREAT TO ALLOW YOUR CAR TO CROSS
SAFELY. MOVE TO HIGHER GROUND.

A FLOOD ADVISORY MEANS RIVER OR STREAM FLOWS ARE ELEVATED...OR
PONDING OF WATER IN URBAN OR OTHER AREAS IS OCCURRING OR IS IMMINENT.
DO NOT ATTEMPT TO TRAVEL ACROSS FLOODED ROADS. FIND ALTERNATE ROUTES.
IT TAKES ONLY A FEW INCHES OF SWIFTLY FLOWING WATER TO CARRY VEHICLES
AWAY.
