  Northeastern Bradley County in southeastern Arkansas...
  Southern Woodruff County in eastern Arkansas...
  Prairie County in central Arkansas...
  Southeastern Lonoke County in central Arkansas...
  Desha County in southeastern Arkansas...
  Monroe County in eastern Arkansas...
  Central Jefferson County in southeastern Arkansas...

* Until 1000 AM CST Thursday

* At 355 AM CST, local law enforcement reported heavy rain causing
  flooding across the warned area. Portions of Highway 278 east of
  Monticello have been closed due to high water. Numerous other
  roadways are impassable and many creeks and rivers in the area are
  overflowing their banks.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don`t drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.

Excessive runoff from heavy rainfall will cause flooding of small
creeks and streams, country roads, farmland, and other low lying
spots.
