.DISCUSSION...High pressure and dry conditions will prevail through
much of the week. Min rh`s will fall into the mid/upper 30 percent
range on Wednesday and into the low 30 percent range on Thursday.
The winds will be light through this period. Rain chances will increase
across the area by the weekend.
