This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for portions of south central
New Mexico, southwest New Mexico, and southwest Texas.

.DAY ONE...Today and Tonight

Cold front and upper storm passage overnight had delivered much
cooler air as well as dynamics and moisture for scattered showers
and isolated thunderstorms. Temperatures will average about 20
degrees cooler. Continued showers and a few thunderstorms are
expected through the day...especially north and east. Area
mountains may see light snow above 7000 ft with little
accumulation expected. Some thunderstorms may produce gusty
outflow winds in excess of 50 mph and small to moderate hail.
Overall conditions will be breezy to windy today and chilly. Areas
west of the Rio Grande will likely see clearing conditions and dry
weather while areas east see continued clouds and isolated rain.
The storm system will begin to exit tonight with improving
conditions through the overnight period.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Sunday through Friday

No hazardous weather is expected.


Spotter activation will not be necessary, however real time
reports of any impactful weather is appreciated.
