This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for north-central and northeast

.DAY ONE...Tonight

The probability for widespread hazardous weather is low.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Tuesday through Monday

Hazardous travel is expected from Wednesday night through Friday
as a potential winter storm impacts the region. This storm may
bring a swath of 6 inches or more of snow to parts of the
forecast area, with the heaviest snowfall occurring Thursday into
Thursday night. However, it is still too early to determine
specific amounts, or where the heaviest snow will fall. It is also
possible that some mixed precipitation may develop over the Fox
Valley and lakeshore areas on Friday. Persons with early holiday
travel plans should monitor the latest forecasts of this
potential winter storm.


Spotter activation will not be needed tonight.
