ALTHOUGH THUNDERSTORMS HAVE BEEN GENERALLY LOSING STRENGTH, SOME
THUNDERSTORMS ARE STILL MOVING AT 16 KNOTS OFF OF PUERTO RICO AND
MOVING WEST NORTHWEST. THUNDERSTORMS ARE MOSTLY WEST OF MAYAGUEZ
AND NORTHWEST OF AGUADILLA AND HAVE GUSTY WINDS AND CLOUD-TO-WATER
LIGHTNING. SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS ARE EXPECTED TO CONTINUE OVER
THE SAME AREAS UNTIL AROUND SUNSET.
