A CLUSTER OF THUNDERSTORMS OVER NORTHEAST MEXICO ARE TRACKING NORTH
AND WILL BE APPROACHING THE RIO GRANDE RIVER FROM FALCON LAKE EAST
TO NEAR THE HIDALGO STARR COUNTY LINE BY 11 PM. THE CLUSTER IS
SHOWING SIGNS OF WEAKENING AND BREAKING UP WITH A FEW THUNDERSTORMS
TO MOVE IN ADVANCE OF THIS CLUSTER AND TRACK ACROSS ZAPATA AND
WESTERN STARR. BRIEF HEAVY RAIN AND GUSTY WINDS ALONG WITH
OCCASIONAL LIGHTNING STRIKE CAN BE EXPECTED IF ANY OF THE STRONGER
STORMS MOVE ACROSS THE RIVER. THE STORMS ARE TRACKING NORTH AT
AROUND 20 MPH.
