.PATCHY DENSE FOG EARLY THIS MORNING...

Patchy dense fog has developed across western Maryland and
adjacent portions of West Virginia and Virginia. Visibility may
drop to one quarter mile in spots. Early morning motorists should
use caution as visibility may drop rapidly over short distances.
The fog should dissipate by mid morning.
