Showers with moderate to heavy rain will spread from eastern
Pennsylvania into northwest New Jersey by 545 AM. Some places
will have one half inch of rain by 7 am. An isolated thunderstorm
is possible.

Showers and isolated thunderstorms will affect the region from
northeast Maryland through northern Delaware and on up the Interstate
95 corridor from Philadelphia to Trenton and New Brunswick early
this morning. Brief poor drainage street flooding is possible
with some spots receiving a quarter to one half inch by 7 am.
