Weather Summary for Upper Mississippi River Valley

Strong showers and thunderstorms moved through the region this
afternoon and evening. A few storms produced large hail and damaging
winds. High temperatures this afternoon ranged from the mid 70s in
southeast Minnesota to the mid 80s in southwest Wisconsin.

Dry weather is expected early tonight before another round of
showers and thunderstorms moves through the region late tonight and
early Thursday morning. Overnight lows will be in the lower to mid
60s.

The active weather pattern will continue, with periodic chances of
showers and thunderstorms lasting into the weekend.
