SOUTHEAST WINDS WILL INCREASE BY THIS AFTERNOON INTO THE 15 TO 30
MPH RANGE...AS LOW PRESSURE TRACKS NORTH INTO CENTRAL NORTH DAKOTA
BY TONIGHT. MOST OF THE WIDESPREAD RAIN WITH THIS SYSTEM WILL FALL
IN THE WESTERN DAKOTAS...BUT A PERIOD OF SHOWERS AND ISOLATED
THUNDERSTORMS WILL OCCUR IN EASTERN NORTH DAKOTA AND MUCH OF
MINNESOTA LATE THIS AFTERNOON AND TONIGHT. ANOTHER CHANCE FOR
SHOWERS WILL ARRIVE THURSDAY AND EXIT BY FRIDAY. FRIDAY NIGHT WILL
SEE HIGH PRESSURE MOVE IN...AND DEPENDING ON CLOUD COVER...LOW
TEMPERATURES MAY DROP TO NEAR THE FREEZING MARK.
