MAINLY SUNNY SKIES DURING THE FORENOON AND MIDDAY HOURS WILL GIVE
RISE TO INCREASING CLOUDS AND SOME SHOWERY ACTIVITY LATER THIS
AFTERNOON... AT LEAST FOR PARTS OF THE NORTHERN PLAINS.

GUSTY WESTERLY WINDS WILL OVERSPREAD THE AREA THROUGHOUT THE DAY.

A STRONG LOW PRESSURE SYSTEM NOW ENTERING THE INTERLAKES REGION OF
MANITOBA WILL PUSH A COLD FRONT...AND ASSOCIATED SWATH OF CLOUDS AND
SHOWERS...DOWN ACROSS NORTHCENTRAL AND NORTHEASTERN NORTH DAKOTA
THROUGH THE LATE AFTERNOON.

NORTHWEST MINNESOTA WILL SEE THAT INCREASING CLOUDS AND SHOWERY
ACTIVITY FROM LATE AFTERNOON INTO EARLY EVENING. MOST ALL OF THIS
ACTIVITY SHOULD STAY ALONG AND NORTH OF U.S. HIGHWAY 2 THROUGH LATE
EVENING.

MEANWHILE...SOUTHEAST NORTH DAKOTA THROUGH TO THE CENTRAL MINNESOTA
LAKES COUNTRY SHOULD STAY MAINLY SUNNY AND DRY THROUGHOUT THE DAY
TODAY. AN ISOLATED SHOWER OR TWO ARE POSSIBLE ACROSS WESTCENTRAL AND
NORTHCENTRAL MINNESOTA LAKES COUNTRY IN THE EARLY EVENING.

EXPECT A BIT MORE IN THE WAY OF CLOUDS AND SHOWERS LATE THIS EVENING
AND OVERNIGHT... WITH A CHANGE TO NORTHERLY WINDS FOLLOWING ON COLD
FRONTAL PASSAGE.

SUNDAY...CLOUDS WILL PUSH OFF OF EASTERN NORTH DAKOTA THROUGH THE
FORENOON BUT LINGER IN WESTERN MINNESOTA THROUGH MIDDAY. EXPECT
SEASONABLY MILD CONDITIONS ACROSS THE AREA...AND WITH NORTHERLY
WINDS ALL AROUND.

FOR NOW...DRY CONDITIONS ARE EXPECTED TO PREVAIL FOR MOST OF THE
COMING WORK WEEK...WITH TEMPERATURES WARMING TO NEAR SEASONAL NORMS.
