In the wake of yesterday`s cold front, clouds hung around for
much of today, helping keep temperatures below normal. Highs
ranged from the lower 70s in northwest Nebraska to near 80 in
southwest Nebraska. A few light rain showers moved through the
western Sandhills this afternoon, with amounts limited to a couple
hundredths of an inch.

Partly to mostly cloudy conditions will continue overnight across
western Nebraska. Lows will be relatively cool again with upper
40s in the panhandle and lower to mid 50s elsewhere. Thursday`s
weather will be fairly similar to Wednesday with highs in the 70s
and mixed clouds and sun.
