HIGH PRESSURE BUILDING TOWARDS THE REGION FROM THE GREAT LAKES WILL
BRING CLEARING SKIES TO THE REGION OVERNIGHT. TEMPERATURES WILL DROP
INTO THE 30S TO AROUND 40 DEGREES TONIGHT. HOWEVER A GUSTY NORTHWEST
WIND WILL MAKE IT FEEL EVEN COLDER.

AS HIGH PRESSURE CONTINUES TO BUILD TOWARDS THE TRI STATE AREA SKIES
WILL BE SUNNY FOR THURSDAY. HIGHS ON THURSDAY WILL RANGE FROM THE
UPPER 50S TO THE MID 60S FOR THE REGION. HOWEVER THURSDAY WILL BE A
WINDY DAY WITH NORTHWEST WINDS GUSTING TO 40 TO 45 MPH.

IN ADDITION...THE COMBINATION OF STRONG NORTHWEST WINDS AND A DRYING
AIRMASS WILL ELEVATE THE THREAT OF WILDFIRE SPREAD ON THURSDAY.

THE CENTER OF HIGH PRESSURE WILL CREST ACROSS THE REGION EARLY ON
FRIDAY. PARTLY SUNNY SKIES IN THE MORNING WILL BECOME MOSTLY CLOUDY.
THERE IS A SLIGHT CHANCE OF A SHOWER LATE IN THE DAY. HIGHS WILL
RANGE FROM THE UPPER 50S TO THE MID 60S ACROSS THE TRI STATE REGION
FOR THE LAST DAY OF THE WORK WEEK.
