...Low Wind Chills Early This Morning...

Temperatures of zero to 5 above will combine with a west wind of
10 to 20 mph with gusts to 30 mph to produce wind chills of 10 to
20 below this morning. The strong wind will also produce patchy
blowing snow with locally poor visibility.
