...Areas of dense fog this morning...

Fog is developing further north into Delmarva and southern New
Jersey and will persist through this morning with visibilities
less than one mile. If traveling, use low-beam headlights,
slow down, and maintain extra distance from other vehicles. Be
prepared for rapid changes in visibility.
