THROUGH THE NIGHT. LOW TEMPERATURES WILL GENERALLY BE IN THE
15 TO 20 DEGREE RANGE...EXCEPT 20 TO 25 DEGREES ALONG LAKE
MICHIGAN. FOR THE MOST PART...WIND CHILL VALUES BY DAYBREAK ARE
EXPECTED TO BE IN THE SINGLE DIGITS ABOVE ZERO.

FOR WEDNESDAY...EXPECT COOLER TEMPERATURES IN THE LOWER TO MIDDLE
20S WITH WINDY CONDITIONS THAT WILL KEEP WIND CHILLS IN THE
POSITIVE SINGLE DIGITS AND LOWER TEENS. GUSTS AROUND 20 TO 25
MPH ARE EXPECTED. ANOTHER SMALL CHANCE FOR FLURRIES WILL PERSIST
ALONG NORTHERN WISCONSIN AND THE UPPER PENINSULA OF MICHIGAN.
