AT 654 PM EDT...A LINE OF STRONG THUNDERSTORMS WAS EXTENDING FROM
POTTS CREEK TO HOLLINS TO NEAR CHAMBLISSBURG. THE STORMS WERE NEARLY
STATIONARY.

WINDS IN EXCESS OF 30 MPH ARE POSSIBLE WITH THESE STORMS. TORRENTIAL
RAINFALL IS ALSO OCCURRING.

LOCATIONS IMPACTED INCLUDE...
ROANOKE...
SALEM...
ALLEGHANY...
VINTON...
AND TROUTVILLE.

THIS INCLUDES ROANOKE REGIONAL AIRPORT.
