The National Weather Service in Corpus Christi has issued a

* Flood Advisory for...
  Aransas County in south central Texas...
  San Patricio County in south central Texas...
  Southeastern Goliad County in south central Texas...
  Refugio County in south central Texas...
  Southeastern Bee County in south central Texas...

* Until 945 PM CDT

* At 750 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated very heavy rain due to
  strong to severe thunderstorms. Despite the fast movement of these
  storms, intense rainfall may result in a quick inch or two of
  rain. This will cause minor flooding in the advisory area.

* Some locations that will experience flooding include...
  Portland, Rockport, Sinton, Mathis, Taft, Refugio, Woodsboro,
  Skidmore, Lamar, Ingleside, Odem, Gregory, St. Paul, Bayside,
  Quintana, Corpus Christi North Beach, Tynan, West Sinton and
  Bonnie View.


Turn around, don`t drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.

A Flood Advisory means river or stream flows are elevated, or ponding
of water in urban or other areas is occurring or is imminent.
