This will likely cause urban and small stream flooding. Low lying and/or poor drainage areas will experience minor flooding in the advisory area. Between 1 and 3 inches of rain have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts up to 1 inch are forecast. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Hillsboro, Clifton, Hamilton, Whitney, Itasca, Meridian, Laguna Park, Blum, Cranfills Gap, Covington, Carl`s Corner, Meridian State Park, Lake Whitney, Lake Whitney State Park, Aquilla Lake, Morgan, Cedar Shores, Lakewood Harbor, Norse and Womack.
