  WESTERN DEWEY COUNTY IN NORTHWESTERN OKLAHOMA...
  NORTHWESTERN CUSTER COUNTY IN WESTERN OKLAHOMA...
  SOUTHERN WOODWARD COUNTY IN NORTHWESTERN OKLAHOMA...
  SOUTHEASTERN ELLIS COUNTY IN NORTHWESTERN OKLAHOMA...

* UNTIL 100 AM CDT

* AT 954 PM CDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE RADAR INDICATED HEAVY RAIN
  THAT WILL CAUSE SMALL STREAM FLOODING IN THE ADVISORY AREA. UP TO
  THREE INCHES OF RAIN HAS FALLEN IN THE PAST HOUR BETWEEN ROLL AND
  DURHAM. SLOW-MOVING THUNDERSTORMS WITH HEAVY RAINFALL HAVE
  DEVELOPED NORTH TOWARD SHARON.

* SOME LOCATIONS THAT WILL EXPERIENCE MINOR FLOODING INCLUDE
  CHEYENNE...VICI...HAMMON...LEEDEY...REYDON...CAMARGO...MUTUAL...
  STRONG CITY...HARMON...ROLL...ANGORA...MOOREWOOD AND CRAWFORD.

ADDITIONAL RAINFALL OF ONE TO TWO INCHES IS EXPECTED OVER THE AREA.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

EXCESSIVE RUNOFF FROM HEAVY RAINFALL WILL CAUSE FLOODING OF SMALL
CREEKS AND STREAMS...HIGHWAYS AND UNDERPASSES. ADDITIONALLY...COUNTRY
ROADS AND FARMLANDS ALONG THE BANKS OF CREEKS...STREAMS AND OTHER LOW
LYING AREAS ARE SUBJECT TO FLOODING.
