PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...


Do not drive vehicles through flooded waterways.  Use caution when
walking near flooded riverbanks.  Do not try to wade or swim in
flooded rivers and bayous.

...The flood warning extended until Tuesday afternoon...The flood
warning continues for
  the Little River Near Idabel, Oklahoma.
* until Tuesday afternoon...or until the warning is cancelled.
* At 730 AM Saturday The stage was 31.9 feet.
* Minor flooding is occurring and Minor flooding is forecast.
* Flood stage is 30.0 feet.
* Forecast...The river will continue to fall to below flood stage by
  Monday before midnight.  Also the Little River near Idabel, Oklahoma
  crested at 32.6 feet during early Friday morning of February 23.
* Impact...at 32.0 feet...Minor to moderate flooding with hundreds of
  acres of lowland inundated. Farmers and ranchers must move cattle
  and farm machinery to higher ground until the high water ends.

...The flood warning extended until Tuesday evening...The flood
warning continues for
  the Little River At Horatio, Arkansas.
* until Tuesday evening...or until the warning is cancelled.
* At 700 AM Saturday the stage was 31.0 feet.
* Major flooding is occurring and major flooding is forecast.
* Flood stage is 27 feet.
* Forecast...The river will continue rising to near 31.3 feet by
  early Sunday morning. The river will fall below flood stage
  Tuesday morning.
* Impact...at 30.0 feet...The golf course west of Haratio, Arkansas
  floods. Also ranchers should evacuate cattle and farm machinery to
  higher ground and have preparations complete for a major flood.
  Expect considerable lowland flooding of several hundred acres of
  grazing and farming land.  Expect major backwater flooding of small
  tributaries at their confluence with the Little River such as the
  Cossatot and the Rolling Fork Rivers.  Also the boat ramp at
  Wilton, Arkansas will completely inundate as well.
