This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for portions of southern
Illinois, southwest Indiana, western Kentucky, and southeast

.DAY ONE...Today and Tonight

No hazardous weather is expected at this time.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Friday through Wednesday

A potentially volatile environment is likely to develop across
the region Friday evening through Sunday. Small chances of
thunderstorms are forecast Friday night into Saturday. While
severe weather cannot be ruled out during this period, more
widespread thunderstorms with the potential for very large hail
and damaging winds are expected across the region late Saturday
into Saturday night. A few tornadoes cannot be ruled out. In
addition, torrential rainfall may lead to some flash flooding
problems when and where training of storms can develop.

Small chances of afternoon and evening thunderstorms are forecast
for portions of the area Tuesday and Wednesday. Locally heavy
rainfall and lightning will be the primary concerns.


Spotter activation may become necessary throughout the area at
some point Friday night through Saturday night.
