STORMS WILL BE LOCATED ALONG PADRE AND MUSTANG ISLANDS AND EXTEND
OUTWARD TO 60 NAUTICAL MILES OFFSHORE. MOVEMENT OF THE STORMS THIS
MORNING WILL GENERALLY BE TO THE NORTH OR NORTHWEST. MARINERS CAN
EXPECT FREQUENT CLOUD TO SURFACE LIGHTNING...TORRENTIAL
RAINFALL...AND GUSTY WINDS WITH ANY STORMS THAT OCCUR.
