Through 9 AM, a boundary will move across the eastern portions of
South Texas. This boundary, near a Kingsville to Robstown to
Beeville line around 710 AM, will result in wind gusts of 30 mph
or more along with a wind shift to the northwest. Wind gusts will
diminish later this morning after the boundary passes, but will
remain Northwest.

Through 930 AM, a boundary will move into the bays and gulf
waters, resulting in a wind shift and an increase in wind gusts.
This boundary, near a Kingsville to Robstown to Beeville line
around 710 AM, will result in wind gusts of 30 to 35 knots, along
with a wind shift to the northwest. Wind gusts will diminish
later this morning after the boundary passes, but will remain
Northwest. Mariners should prepare for this wind shift as the
boundary moves into the waters.
