IDAHO PANHANDLE...BRINGING THE POTENTIAL FOR A QUICK QUARTER INCH OF
RAIN...WIND GUSTS TO 30 MPH...PEA HAIL...AND CLOUD TO GROUND
LIGHTNING. CELLS ARE MOVING TO THE NORTHEAST AROUND 30 MPH AND MAY
IMPACT BONNERS FERRY...PRIEST LAKE...PORTHILL...NAPLES...AND THE
PARKER RIDGE WILDFIRE. THUNDERSTORMS ARE EXPECTED TO DECREASE
BETWEEN 5 PM AND 6 PM THIS EVENING.
