LOCALLY HEAVY SNOW RATES. LOCATIONS TO BE IMPACTED INCLUDE PRIEST
RIVER...USK...COLVILLE...COOLIN...METALINE FALLS...CHEWELAH...DEER
PARK...SPOKANE...AIRWAY HEIGHTS...COEUR D`ALENE...MOSCOW...AND
PULLMAN. MOST OF THE SNOW WILL INITIALLY MELT ON THE NEARBY
HIGHWAYS...INCLUDING 2 AND 395...BUT SOME MAY ACCUMULATE...UP TO
NEAR TWO INCHES...UNDER ESPECIALLY HEAVY SHOWERS. SNOW WILL ALSO
ACCUMULATE ON LESSER TRAVELED ROADS AND SIDEWALKS. ANY LINGERING
PARTIALLY MELTED ACCUMULATIONS MAY REFREEZE TONIGHT AND CAUSE
SLICK CONDITIONS.
