WEST WINDS AND NEARLY FULL SUNSHINE AGAIN HELPED BOOST TEMPERATURES
TO NEAR RECORD VALUES TODAY. MOST LOCATIONS TOPPED OUT IN THE
70S...WITH SOME SPOTS ACROSS SOUTHEAST NORTH DAKOTA GETTING CLOSE TO
80 DEGREES. THAT IS NEARLY 30 DEGREES ABOVE LATE OCTOBER NORMALS.
THE GUSTY WEST WINDS WILL DIE DOWN THIS EVENING WITH JUST A LITTLE
BIT OF CLOUD COVER REMAINING OVERNIGHT. HIGHS FOR SATURDAY AND
SUNDAY WILL DROP BACK TO AROUND 60 DEGREES FOR MOST OF THE
AREA...WHICH IS STILL ABOVE NORMAL. THE NEXT CHANCE OF RAIN ENTERS
THE FORECAST FOR SUNDAY NIGHT THROUGH MONDAY NIGHT...WITH MORE
NORMAL TEMPERATURES EXPECTED FOR NEXT WEEK.
