Southeast winds will remain breezy overnight with gusts at times to
25 mph over eastern North Dakota and the Red River valley.
Temperatures will remain nearly steady before dawn as southerly
winds bring warmer air into eastern North Dakota and northwest
Minnesota.

Today will be mostly cloudy and a bit warmer than Wednesday with
high temperatures reaching the upper 30s to upper 40s. A system to
our south will spread areas of light rain across the region this
afternoon into tonight. Winds will weaken this evening as they shift
from southeast to north.

Looking into the weekend, the forecast is dry Friday and Saturday
with highs mostly in the 40s.
