AREA WEATHER OUTLOOK
NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE EASTERN ND/GRAND FORKS
1102 PM CDT FRI AUG 22 2014

THE REGION WILL REMAIN MOSTLY CLOUDY TONIGHT WITH STEADY NORTHEAST
WINDS. THERE MAY STILL BE SOME PATCHY FOG AROUND...BUT MAINLY EAST
OF THE RED RIVER VALLEY. EXPECT SOME HIT AND MISS SHOWERS AND
THUNDERSTORMS OVER PORTIONS OF THE AREA...BUT LIKE LAST NIGHT...MOST
OF THE AREA WILL REMAIN DRY. BETTER CHANCES FOR SHOWERS AND STORMS
WILL ARRIVE ON SATURDAY AND CONTINUE INTO SUNDAY. THIS SYSTEM HAS
THE POTENTIAL TO BRING WIDESPREAD RAINFALL TO THE AREA...ALTHOUGH AT
THIS POINT IT APPEARS THAT CENTRAL NORTH DAKOTA BACK INTO MONTANA
WILL GET THE HEAVIEST RAINFALL. WITH THE WET CONDITIONS
EXPECTED...TEMPERATURES WILL REMAIN ON THE COOL SIDE.
