Regional Weather Summary
National Weather Service Wichita KS
415 AM CST Fri Jan 19 2018

Partly cloudy skies were found across the plains states overnight,
as southerly winds dominated the weather pattern. Early morning
temperatures ranged from the middle 20s in eastern Nebraska to the
lower 30s across most of Kansas and Oklahoma.

The partly cloudy skies will continue across the region today, as
southerly winds led to the recent warming trend continuing. High
temperatures this afternoon will range from the lower 50s in western
Missouri to the middle 60s in southwest Kansas.

Mostly cloudy skies will increase tonight across most of Oklahoma
and southern Kansas, as southerly winds lead to moisture increasing
across the plains. This increased moisture may lead to some patchy
drizzle and fog across portions of eastern Oklahoma and southeast
Kansas late tonight. Low temperatures tonight will range from the
middle 20s in Nebraska to the lower 40s in central Oklahoma.
