A LINE OF STRONG THUNDERSTORMS WITH HEAVY RAIN...GUSTY WIND...AND
LIGHTNING EXTENDED FROM NEAR PRESTON MINNESOTA SOUTH TO NEAR
WATERLOO IOWA AT 745 AM. THEY WERE MOVING EAST-NORTHEAST.

WINDS IN EXCESS OF 40 MPH ARE POSSIBLE WITH THESE STORMS...ALONG
WITH A QUICK HALF TO ONE INCH OF RAIN. SOME PONDING ON STREETS IS
POSSIBLE. AND WIND GUSTS LIKE THIS CAN OCCASIONALLY TOPPLE A TREE OR
TWO.

THE CITIES OF DECORAH...WAUKON...AND WEST UNION IOWA ARE IN THE PATH
OF THESE STORMS...AS WELL AS SPRING GROVE...RUSHFORD...AND CALEDONIA
