...Snow developing over the Detroit Metro Area...

A very narrow band of moderate to occasionally heavy snow is
lifting through southern portions of the Metro Area this evening.
This band will continue to lift north over the next two hours.
Most locations south and east of approximately M-14 in Washtenaw
County and I-96 in Wayne County will see a brief burst of light
snow accumulation on area roads between now and 8 PM. Further
north, particularly between the M-59 and I-96 corridors,
accumulating snow carrying occasional visibilities as low as 1/4
of a mile will persist for several hours.

Motorists are advised to prepare for rapidly changing road
conditions and allow extra room for braking.
