...Moderate Risk of Rip Currents Today...

Rip Current Risk:      Moderate Risk. Life threatening rip currents
                       are possible in the surf zone. Remember to swim
                       near a lifeguard and with a non-inflatable device,
                       such as a life jacket and boogie board.

Lightning Risk:       None.

Ultraviolet Index:     Moderate. Wear a wide-brimmed hat and
                       sunglasses, and use sunscreen of SPF 15 or
                       higher. Seek shade during the midday hours of
                       10 am to 4 pm.

Weather:               Cloudy with areas of fog in the morning and a
                       10 percent chance of rain in the morning.

Temperatures:          Mid 60s.

Wind:                  Light, becoming north 10 to 15 mph by the afternoon.

Wave Heights:          2 to 4 feet.

Surf Temperature:      60 degrees.

Bay Temperature:       61 degrees.

Tides:                 A low at 8 O1 am. A high at 5 26 pm.

Outlook:               Marine conditions are expected to improve today with
                       a low risk of rip currents returning by tonight and
                       continuing through late week. The chance of showers
                       and possibly an isolated thunderstorm continues into
                       Tuesday night with the passage of a weak cold front.
                       Afternoon highs warm into the mid and upper 70s
                       through the week.
