A SYSTEM PASSING JUST SOUTH OF THE REGION WILL SPREAD PRECIPITATION
INTO THE AREA THIS AFTERNOON. THIS WILL MOST LIKELY BE RAIN DURING
THE DAY. HOWEVER...HEADING INTO THE EVENING THE RAIN IS EXPECTED TO
CHANGE OVER TO SNOW. ACCUMULATIONS OF AN INCH OR LESS ARE
FORECAST. HOWEVER...IF THE TRANSITION TO SNOW HAPPENS QUICKER...
THEN SLIGHTLY HIGHER AMOUNTS WILL BE POSSIBLE.
