MANU`A AND NORTH OF SAVAII AND UPOLU WILL CONTINUE TO SPREAD WESTWARD
TONIGHT FOLLOWED BY DRY EASTERLY CONDITIONS SATURDAY MORNING. MODERATE
EASTERLIES AND ISOLATED TO SCATTERED SHOWERS WILL PREDOMINATE LOCAL
CONDITIONS. A MID-LEVEL RIDGE AXIS ABOVE THE FCST ZONES WILL DRIFT
NORTHWARD HENCE INCREASING CLOUDINESS AND RAINFALL ACTIVITY WILL EXTEND
UPSTREAM AS A RESULT OF LOW-LEVEL CONVERGENCE CONDITIONS. AS A RESULT...ANTICIPATE
PARTLY TO MOSTLY CLOUDY SKIES AND OVERNIGHT LOWS NEAR 80 AND HIGH TEMPERATURES
IN THE MID TO UPPER 80S.

.LONG TERM...
.MONDAY THROUGH FRIDAY...A SURFACE RIDGE FROM THE SOUTHWEST WILL MOVE
CLOSER TO THE REGION DURING MONDAY FOLLOWED BY A SURFACE TROUGH MONDAY
NIGHT. A LARGE SCALE HIGH PRESSURE SYSTEM TO THE NORTH OF NEW ZEALAND
WILL PROVIDE GENTLE TO MODERATE SOUTHEAST WINDS DURING TUESDAY...THEN
INCREASING TO NEAR 15 TO 20 KT BEGINNING WEDNESDAY. AS A RESULT...ANTICIPATE
SCATTERED TO NUMEROUS SHOWERS AND POSSIBLE TSTMS DURING MONDAY FOLLOWED
BY TRADE-WIND WEATHER CONDITIONS AFTER TUESDAY NIGHT.

.MARINE...LONG PERIOD SOUTHWEST SWELLS COMBINED WITH TRADE-WIND
GENERATED SEAS AND SWELLS UP TO 7 TO 9 FEET WILL CREATE HAZARDOUS
SURFS ALONG THE EAST AND SOUTH FACING REEFS THROUGH SUNDAY MORNING.
