...THE URBAN AND SMALL STREAM FLOOD ADVISORY REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL
1015 PM CDT FOR MILWAUKEE AND WAUKESHA COUNTIES...

At 931 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated moderate rain due to
thunderstorms. This will continue to cause urban and small stream
flooding in the advisory area. Up to one and one half inches of rain
has fallen in far northern Waukesha and far northern Milwaukee
Counties. Up to another inch of rain has fallen in the southern part
of Milwaukee County, as well as near downtown Milwaukee.

Some locations that will experience flooding include...
Milwaukee, Waukesha, West Allis, Wauwatosa, New Berlin, Brookfield,
Greenfield, Menomonee Falls, Oak Creek, Muskego, South Milwaukee,
Cudahy, Whitefish Bay, Greendale, Pewaukee, Brown Deer, Sussex, St.
Francis, Hartland and Hales Corners.

Additional rainfall of one half inch is expected, before the storms
end later this evening. This additional rain will result in minor
flooding.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don`t drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.

Excessive runoff from heavy rainfall will cause flooding of small
