The National Weather Service in Shreveport has issued a

* Urban and Small Stream Flood Advisory for...
  Central Sabine Parish in northwestern Louisiana...
  Central Sabine County in eastern Texas...

* Until 245 AM CDT

* At 1137 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to
  thunderstorms. This will cause urban and small stream flooding in
  the advisory area. Up to two and a half inches of rain have
  already fallen.

* Some locations that will experience flooding include...
  Milam, Many, Hemphill, Pineland, Florien, Fisher, Bronson, McElroy,
  Negreet, Mount Carmel, Yellowpine and Columbus.


Turn around, don`t drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.

Be especially cautious at night when it is harder to recognize the
dangers of flooding.

A Flood Advisory means river or stream flows are elevated, or ponding
of water in urban or other areas is occurring or is imminent.
