A STALLED FRONTAL ZONE NEAR AND JUST NORTH OF THE KEYS WILL MOVE
SLOWLY SOUTHWARD THIS EVENING. THE DISPERSION INDEX WILL DROP WELL
BELOW 20 AGAIN EARLY THIS EVENING...BUT COME UP OVERNIGHT. THE MIXING
HEIGHT WILL BE AT A MINIMUM THIS EVENING AS WELL...BEFORE DRIER AIR
AND INCREASING NORTH WINDS RAISE IT OVERNIGHT. A PERIOD OF BREEZY TO
WINDY WEATHER IS LIKELY FOR FRIDAY THROUGH SUNDAY. SHOWERS WILL
