SCATTERED SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS WILL CONTINUE TO MOVE WEST AT 15
MILES AN HOUR ACROSS THE SOUTHWEST TEXAS PANHANDLE THROUGH THE MID EVENING.
SOME OF THE STRONGEST STORMS WILL BE CAPABLE OF PRODUCING WIND GUSTS
TO AROUND 40 MILES AN HOUR AND BRIEF HEAVY RAIN WHICH COULD LEAD TO
LOCALIZED FLOODING. MOST OF THE RAIN WILL REMAIN OVER SOUTHWEST DEAF
SMITH COUNTY SOUTHWEST OF A LINE FROM HEREFORD TO ADRIAN THROUGH 900 PM.
