At 205 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated a developing thunderstorm
over Hanceville, or 8 miles west of Blountsville, moving north at 30
mph. Other showers and thunderstorms were also heading north around
30 mph, crossing the northern Jefferson and southern Blount county

Locations impacted include...
Cullman, Arab, Hanceville, Holly Pond, Baileyton, Eva, Garden City,
Fairview, Phelan and Hulaco.

Brief heavy rainfall, gusty winds and occasional cloud to ground
lightning may accompany this activity. Please seek safe shelter if
thunderstorms approach your area.
