DALLAS...MONMOUTH...INDEPENDENCE...FALLS CITY...BUENA VISTA AND
RICKREALL.

SMALL HAIL...HEAVY RAIN...GUSTY WINDS TO 30 MPH...AND DANGEROUS
LIGHTNING CAN BE EXPECTED IN THESE AREAS.

IN OREGON THIS INCLUDES STATE HIGHWAY 22 FROM VALLEY JUNCTION TO
