CLOUDS RETURNED TO MUCH OF THE REGION LAST NIGHT...BUT OVERNIGHT
LOWS STILL DROPPED INTO THE 30S...TO THE MID 20S IN COLDER SPOTS.
ALONG WITH THE CLOUDS...SOME OCCASIONAL LIGHT RAIN OR SPRINKLES FELL.

THESE CLOUDS WILL HOLD ON FOR MOST OF THE DAY...EXCEPT IN WESTERN
IOWA WHERE SUN WILL PREVAIL. WAVES OF COLDER AIR WILL BEGIN PUSHING
IN INTO TONIGHT...SO ALONG WITH THE CLOUDS...WILL HOLD HIGHS FROM
THE 40S ACROSS NORTHERN MINNESOTA AND NORTHERN WISCONSIN...TO THE
50S ELSEWHERE.

A SHARP COLD FRONT WILL USHER IN THE COLDEST AIR OF THE SEASON SO
FAR ON HALLOWEEN. NORTH WINDS WILL BE BLUSTERY FRIDAY...WITH HIGHS
ONLY IN THE 30S AND 40S...WHICH WILL ACTUALLY CREATE SOME WIND CHILL
VALUES INTO THE TEENS. SOME MODERATION IN TEMPERATURES IS EXPECTED
THIS WEEKEND...BUT IT WILL REMAIN COOL.
