Weather Summary for Upper Mississippi River Valley
National Weather Service La Crosse WI
300 AM CDT TUE JUL 26 2016

High pressure has brought clear skies to most of the region early
this morning, along with some patchy fog in some area river valleys.
So far low temperatures ranged from near 60 over northern Wisconsin,
to the upper 60s over eastern Iowa.

It will be another steamy day for the Upper Mississippi River Valley
with increasing humidities and highs topping out in the mid to upper
80s. The heat won`t stick around though as cooler and less sticky
air moves in for the later half of the week. Highs in the 70s are
looking likely.

After dry conditions today, shower and thunderstorm chances will be
on the increase for Wednesday through Thursday.
