Colder weather will move into the area Thursday with high
temperatures in the single digits and the teens. Cooler Friday with
highs either side of zero. A slight moderation is expected for the
Northwest winds will remain brisk tonight and Thursday morning.
Winds should settle down Thursday afternoon and Thursday night.
Periods of very light snow will fall tonight and Thursday. The next
chance for snow will be Saturday and Saturday night and mainly in
the southern Red River Valley.
Low pressure extended from near Hudson Bay to Lake Superior. The low
pressure system will move into eastern Canada on Thursday. High
pressure from Alberta to eastern Colorado will move into the western
Dakotas on Thursday.
