IN THE WAKE OF A COLD FRONT...STRONG NORTH WINDS GUSTED ABOVE 40
MILES PER HOUR ACROSS THE REGION AND LIGHT SNOW FELL ACROSS FAR
NORTHERN NEBRASKA. ACCUMULATION RANGED FROM AROUND ONE HALF INCH
NEAR VALENTINE TO AROUND TWO INCHES NEAR GORDON. HIGHS WERE
REACHED EARLY IN THE DAY AND RANGED FROM THE LOWER 20S IN
NORTHWEST NEBRASKA TO THE LOWER 30S SOUTHWEST.

ANOTHER ROUND OF SNOW WILL LIKELY AFFECT FAR SOUTHWEST NEBRASKA
TONIGHT...WITH UP TO ONE INCH POSSIBLE SOUTH OF INTERSTATE 80.
FLURRIES ARE POSSIBLE AS FAR NORTH AS HIGHWAY 2...BUT WITH LITTLE
TO NO ACCUMULATION EXPECTED. NORTH WINDS WILL STAY AROUND 10 MILES
PER HOUR WITH LOWS GENERALLY IN THE SINGLE DIGITS.
