TEMPERATURES STILL REMAIN WELL BELOW AVERAGE THROUGHOUT THE
MIDSOUTH TODAY AS THIS ABNORMALLY COLD FEBRUARY WINDS DOWN. CLOUD
COVER FROM A MID LEVEL DISTURBANCE TO THE WEST CONTINUES TO PUSH
THROUGH THE REGION. HOWEVER... PRECIPITATION ASSOCIATED WITH THIS
SYSTEM WILL MORE THAN LIKELY NOT AFFECT THE MIDSOUTH. LOWS
TONIGHT WILL RANGE FROM THE UPPER TEENS TO THE LOWER 2OS.

HIGHS WILL INCREASE ABOUT 10 DEGREES TOMORROW BUT WILL STILL
REMAIN 10 TO 15 DEGREES BELOW AVERAGE AS THE SURFACE HIGH PRESSURE
SYSTEM SHIFTS TO THE EAST. THE FIRST FEW DAYS OF MARCH WILL START
OUT WET BEGINNING WITH SUNDAY NIGHT WHEN A COLD FRONT MOVES
THROUGH THE REGION INCREASING CHANCES OF PRECIPITATION AREA WIDE.
TEMPERATURES WILL WARM ANOTHER 10 DEGREES ON SUNDAY AS THE
AFOREMENTIONED COLD FRONT RETREATS NORTHWARD AS A WARM FRONT.

CHANCES OF RAIN WILL STICK AROUND THROUGH MIDWEEK AS A SERIES OF
DISTURBANCES MOVE THROUGH THE REGION.
