...Winds Should Begin to Decrease This Afternoon...

Wind gusts late this morning were still gusting as high as 45 mph in
northeast Iowa. While wind speeds are expected to diminish this
afternoon, drivers with high profile vehicles or trucks should be
aware of the higher winds and use caution, especially in open
areas or higher locations.

Outdoor, loose objects may blow around as well.
