...AREAS OF BLOWING AND DRIFTING SNOW THIS MORNING BETWEEN
CHEYENNE AND LARAMIE...

Gusty westerly winds between 35 to 50 mph have developed along
Interstate 80 and Happy Jack Road between Laramie and Cheyenne
this morning. Visibilities will occasionally be reduced to 1 mile
at times with drifting snow over area roadways, which may result
in slick and icy roads in spots. Conditions are expected to
improve in the afternoon as winds decrease. However, moderate to
heavy snow showers are possible this afternoon.

Motorists are urged to use caution traveling west of Cheyenne this
morning, and be prepared for sudden changes in visibility.
