INDICATES THAT PAVEMENT TEMPERATURES HAVE RISEN ABOVE FREEZING
ACROSS THE AREA.

MOTORISTS SHOULD CONTINUE TO EXERCISE CAUTION AS SOME SLICK SPOTS
