Including the cities of West Jefferson, Boone, Tazewell, Marion,
Bland, Pearisburg, Wytheville, Radford, Pulaski, Blacksburg,
Independence, Whitetop, Troutdale, Volney, Galax, Floyd,
New Castle, Clifton Forge, Covington, Hot Springs, Roanoke,
Salem, Fincastle, Lexington, and Buena Vista

...Strong Gusty Wind Tonight...

Winds will gusts from the northwest at 30 to 45 mph along the
Blue Ridge tonight from around Hot Springs, Virginia to Boone,
North Carolina. The strongest winds will be at the higher
elevations. Wind speeds will begin to weaken after 6AM.

Tree limbs or branches could be blown down. Travel may be
difficult for high profile vehicles, especially along I-81 and
I-77 through Fancy Gap.
