At 604 PM PDT, Doppler radar was tracking a cluster of strong
thunderstorms, northwest of Marysville, around Pennington, Sutter
and Live Oak. The storms were moving to the east at 5 mph. The
cluster of storms may merge in the vicinity of Live Oak around 630
pm, producing heavy rainfall and large hail.

Half to three-quarter inch hail, gusty winds in excess of 30 mph,
lightning and brief downpours will be possible with this cluster of
storms through 7 pm.

Other locations that may be impacted include... Marysville, Yuba
City, Tudor, South Yuba City, Linda, Olivehurst, Sutter and Tierra


Heavy rainfall occurring with these storms may lead to localized
flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through flooded roadways.

Frequent cloud to ground lightning is also occurring and can strike
10 miles away from a thunderstorm. Seek a safe shelter inside a
building or vehicle.
